Emmaus Thrift (all of Emmaus for that matter) is operated completely by volunteers. Volunteering in the thrift store is a tangible way for you to help Emmaus in its mission to make the community a better place. It's also a great way to meet interesting people of all walks of life.

Primary volunteering tasks include sorting, tagging, and hanging clothes and a variety of other items. We also need help setting up displays, organizing inventory, advertising, and running the cash register.

If you desire to work a consistent schedule (every Saturday, etc) we ask that you coordinate that with us. But feel free to just stop by and work for a few minutes. We can always find something for you to do. You'll find that we're very flexible. We just appreciate any help!
